I’m amazed how much I can accomplish when I totally ignore everything else in the house. Granted, I’m doing a lot of processing on my writing while I’m stitching away, but that’s not getting the laundry done. I’m finding the pattern on this one easy, and I was remembering that when I originally downloaded the pattern, shortly after I started knitting, that I was a bit paranoid about starting it and screwing up. I guess sometimes procrastination pays off.
I nabbed the pattern for the Rogue hoodie back when it was the thing everyone was knitting, but I never bothered to start it. I picked up some yarn that I wanted to use a few months later, and it’s been taking up space in the stash bin for ages. I started on a cabled cardi the other day, and decided to finally get moving on this one as well, because it should go fast, as there’s not a ton of cable work on it. I’ll throw some pics up when there’s something more than a few rounds done.
