Can you tell? I’ve been fighting between keeping this thing semi anonymous as far as throwing actual names out there but I’m realizing that it really doesn’t matter at this point. I’m just going to keep at it the way I have been, and if some things happen, then they happen and I’ll deal with them later.
I will say that I love the guys over at WooThemes for their brilliant templates. There’s a lot to mess around with on the backend, but it’s getting to a point that I like the way it’s starting to look, and it definitely is faster than me trying to open a code window and blow things up on a regular basis. Everyone is happy this way, I don’t make my husband cry and I don’t pull my hair out and kick the kid.
The weather here is crap, so off to make tea and poke around in here some more. If you see something that doesn’t look to be working, let me know. (don’t mention the featured vid thing…I know :b)
I decided I want to change things around here, it’s a slow process but it’s going to get underway this week. I’m shifting some stuff on the back end now, and relocating the galleries to flikr. I’ve got a few bits to get sorted out, but I found some brilliant templates so I don’t have to be that creative on my own.
I’ve been debating getting back into making them myself, it was something I did for quite a while back in the day, but the annoyance of trying to get all working the way I want was and still is a pain in the arse. I may have a go at it, I’m not sure just yet, but I do know that I’m going to drop the red and pick up something else in the next few days.
