completely done one load of laundry (washed, dried, folded)
vacuumed the downstairs
wiped down the kitchen counters
fuck if I’m taking a day off again!!!

After much shuffling of schedules
Comments OffIt appears that we will be grabbing the kid after his volunteer shift at the natural history museum (where he has to deal with people using Jesus and dinosaur in the same sentence and not laugh at them I might add) We’ll head out to see Trek then and then hit the new X Men on Sunday. Not a bad weekend if everything goes as planned.

We have conversations occasionally that end up with movie references that the kid doesn’t get. I always end up looking at him and thinking, how has he not seen that yet. This is a list of the movies that the kid needs to see. It’s mostly stuff that I grew up watching, but not all, some of them are just films that made an impression on me. If I’ve left something off, give me the title and the reason for it to be added to the list. I’m more than happy to blame someone else for messing up the kid. I’ll cross them off as he watches them.

I’m not going to make a conscious effort to keep this site hidden anymore. I’m going to give you a warning instead. I get pissed at you, and I think you do stupid shit sometimes. I use both as content here and will continue to do so. It doesn’t mean that I think badly of you or that I don’t love you. I just need a place to vent, so instead of calling you an idiot to your face, I’ll write it here. Nine times out of ten, I’m going to change my mind and get over it shortly after I say something here anyway. I will not, however, go back and delete or change posts because of that.
If that is going to bother you, please don’t read the site. If you’re a grown up who understands that we all need to call each other out on occasion to clear the air in our own heads, then by all means you are welcome to hang out.
