We’ve been trying to cut back on buying prepackaged snack stuff again. I was sitting here watching bad 80s movies and had a flash of inspiration. Chocolate Oatmeal Cookies. My mom used to make these occasionally and I remember standing around in the kitchen waiting for them to cool off enough to eat.
I think we may have the snacks of awesomeness later today. The kid is on spring break this week, so he’s around all day. It might actually be fun to drag him into the kitchen to help with this.
