there’s a garbage site, one of those that has nothing but excerpts from other sites because they’re trying to build traffic and look interesting while not having to actually do anything about it. It seems one of these has hooked into my site, proving that they don’t bother to do any homework before pulling my feed and using it to quote and link to my site, in an attempt to get something for themselves.

I’m debating shifting my rss to excerpts only and adding a copyright, just because I’m a bitch that way and I’m really tired of deleting their pings. I’m also really tired of seeing my post over there with a variety of names attached that are not me. Then again there’s always the lovely htaccess ban mmmmmmm banning goodness in a single file.
In other news, there are new dailies, and suffering from ocd, I am spending way too much time trying to get everything done on all the characters that I have that are able to complete the quests. There’s also spring break coming up and I need to figure out if we’re going to do anything that week or not.
didn’t do the spookshow or even get back out of the house once I dropped off the kid. I had a migraine from hell and so I ended up sleeping most of the day and then catching up on Torchwood. Today isn’t much better, but I’m going to have to head out and get groceries today. The kid is at the “human food pit” stage, I don’t know when exactly he started being hollow, but the evidence is showing itself in my empty fridge and pantry. Joy of joys I guess I get to buy even more stuff than normal for the next 5 years or more lol.
to my already vile day. A few days back I got the ex’s wife to check out a book from the university library. The plan was for me to scan a few patterns I’ve wanted to do and to return it. My scanner is ten years old…that idea went to shit. My husband offered to take the book to work and make copies there, unfortunately, he could only do a few bits a day and didn’t get to the ones I really wanted before today. I have gone to three different places and couldn’t get it done. The reason for the rush? The ex’s wife has it in her head that the dogs will destroy the book or I’ll color in it or in some way by it being in my possession it will disintegrate. Every day, for the last three days I’ve been met with “are you done yet” as I go to pick up the kid after school.
I’ve had enough, I wasn’t meant to knit that particular sweater and if I want it, I will save until I have the 250.00 to purchase the out of print book from Amazon. That is how much I hate this shit. I honestly feel that 250.00 is worth the price not to deal with her.
You know those days where you wake up and everything goes to hell in a handbasket within ten minutes, and then you say it will get better and it doesn’t. By noon you’re sitting on the floor in the middle of a mess that you can’t fix and it would be easier just to go back to bed….

I’ve been doing a lot more knitting than I’m writing about. I have good reason as well, my sister in law just had a baby so I have an excuse to make cute little things like this. In looking at the site and the pattern this was based on, I realized I had the magazine issue with the original pattern in adult sizes too. So now I’m looking at making matching sweaters and shipping them off to England, where they will actually get used
On the gaming front, we’re four bosses down in SSC and looking to take a peek at Hyjal over the weekend. Did I mention that no druid loot ever drops when I’m on a run lately? If I’m not there, it drops right and left, take the Mayfield in, and nothing, nada, zilch, no gear at all. Something good better be coming my way, because I’m sitting on dkp that needs to be spent.
