I mean cheating in that it takes no time to throw together and people think you did something brilliant. Here’s a quick one that I mentioned to Jayne last night.
The Next Best Thing To Robert Redford
1 c flour
1/2 c butter
1 c pecans; finely chopped
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 c sugar
9 oz cool whip, thawed
2 pk instant chocolate pudding (lg)
3 c cold milk
1 crumbled Heath Bar
Prepare bottom crust by mixing together flour, margarine and pecans until crumblike. Press mixture into greased 13×9? baking pan. Bake at 350~F for 15 to 20 minutes until lightly golden. Cool. Beat cream cheese with sugar until smooth. Fold in half of Cool Whip. Spread mixture over cooled crust. Combine chocolate pudding mixes. Beat in milk until smooth and thickened. Spread over cream cheese layer. Spread remaining Cool Whip over top. Sprinkle with candy bar bits. Cover and refrigerate until set.
If you don’t want to feel guilty about it you can sub sugar free versions of everything.
