I have one teacher scarf done, half a kid sweater, half an adult sweater, and I promise that I’m going to get around to doing something today other than knitting and commenting on blogs. I made a point of pulling two of the “stash” boxes out yesterday and going through them to see what I have. I’m one of those people that tries not to just buy yarn for the sake of buying it, but tries to have something in mind as a project. It’s called justification people, I know that, hush and let me finish. I do the same thing with books as well, because one day I’m going to knit that sweater on page 43. While sorting through stuff yesterday I discovered that I have enough of some lovely Galway to make this…

Now, the problem is that I want to start on it, I’ve actually done a swatch already, but I know I have several other things that need to take priority. So this yarn is sitting in my bag taunting me. You can probably hear it from where you are.

You do realize that the Rogue hoodie, being shunned so, will now haunt you?

I did consider it, but it’s an excuse to go buy more yarn later
